COVID-19 Processing and Delivery Updates:

Order processing delays are currently between 1 - 7 days on top of the quoted speeds noted below. We want to get your order to you ASAP, and assure you we are doing all that we can to make this happen! As normal you will receive tracking information when your order is shipped. 

Domestic US shipping delivery delays on top of your estimated delivery date are currently between 1 - 7 days. 

International shipping delivery delays on top of your estimated delivery date are currently between 1 - 8 weeks. 

Orders to Canada are primarily going via truck which are taking little longer than usual, tracking will usually update once your order has passed through customs though in some instances will not update until 1 or 2 days before delivery. Delays are roughly 2 weeks on top of your estimated delivery date.

Orders to the UK are seeing delays due to the new coronavirus strain outbreak in southeast England, as well as delays at major hubs between the UK/France due to border delays, lockdowns and flight restrictions.

Orders to destinations across Europe continue to see delays, due to lockdowns, flight restrictions, and customs processing delays at the UK/France border.
We have also been notified that all orders regardless of shipping method going to Denmark (via Bring), Sweden (via DHL), and Finland (via Posti Oy) are being held for pick up and will NOT be delivered directly to the recipient. This is due to increased restrictions and lockdowns to attempt to slow the spread of COVID-19. For more information contact the courier.

Orders to UAE and South Africa shipping via Passport Standard are seeing delays of 2 to 6 weeks on top of the specified/estimated delivery date. 

The following countries/territories have suspensions on incoming postage and placing orders due to COVID-19: APO/FPO/DPO addresses, American Samoa, Angola, Argentina, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, Cuba, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Guinea, Laos, Latvia, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Republic of Congo (Kinshasa), Reunion (Bourbon), Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Sint Maarten, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Turkmenistan, Western Samoa (Samoa), Yemen. 

All other destinations are likely to experience delays in customs processing and delivery but can still place orders through teddyfresh.com

All orders are handed to mail carriers each day, if an order is marked as label created it has shipped and has been handed to the carrier by our fulfillment center. Some tracking numbers are taking over 7 days to show acceptance into the carriers network and may not update or show scans until delivery. Change an Order

We are unable to change the items in an order or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed.

Please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you wish to make. If it has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return (See help section Returns & Refunds).

Cancel an Order

Please contact us ASAP to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment. Card companies usually take 0 to 5 days to return the payment back into your account. However, it can take 2 or 3 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your printed credit card statement. Please check with your credit card company.

Order Processing

We are working hard to process and ship all orders as soon as they are received. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. Our standard processing time is 1 - 5 business days. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon. Orders placed after 12pm PST will start to be processed the next business day. 

Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as an order ships. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing, and you will receive tracking information for each part of your order.

All prices are listed as USD. Conversion rates will be applied by your banking provider to your payment methods currency.

International Shipments

Teddy Fresh ships international packages via Passport International Shipping. Carriers can change at any time. All international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any of these additional fees. Please allow additional time for International orders to arrive due to customs processing delays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

Orders shipped via Passport Standard (Duties May Apply) are charged a flat rate of $20.

Orders shipped via Passport Priority (Duties Paid) are charged based on weight and value of goods, rate will vary.

Receiving countries may not have all shipping options available. All available shipping options will be presented to you when selecting shipping at your time of purchase. If an option is not available to you when making your selection we are unable to manually add it please choose an available option.

Problem When Tracking Your Order

Please allow 1 - 2 business days from dispatch for your tracking number to show as accepted by the carrier (COVID UPDATE: All orders are handed to carriers with 1 business day of label creation. If an order is marked as label created it has been handed to the carrier by our fulfillment center but has not been scanned by them. Some tracking numbers are taking over 7 days to show acceptance into the carriers network and may not update or show movement/scans until delivery)We are unable to provide you with more detailed information at this time. Please try again later. 

If your tracking is active (showing as in transit, delayed, etc.) and you would like more information on the progress of your order you can contact the carrier directly.

For domestic US tracking inquiries you can contact the carrier using the contact information available through the carriers tracking page. For international tracking inquiries you can contact our carrier Passport directly by using the chat function in the lower right hand corner of your tracking page. You can also reach out to us via email at support@teddyfresh.com.

If when tracking your order you see it is being returned to us because the address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout, or the order was not collected in time, or that additional duties, taxes and other customs fees were left unpaid, you will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to reship your order and cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of the order being returned to us due to an error on our part.
