RETURNS
All full-price items (excluding the items below as well as all sale items) are eligible to be returned or exchanged. For hygienic reasons, earrings, underwear, socks, headwear, masks, bandanas, potted houseplants, water bottles, hair accessories, and all Teddy Glow products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Puzzles and stickers must be unopened and swimwear must have the hygienic liner attached in order to be eligible for return. These items will be subject to manual review within our returns portal and require a photo upload.

SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in California, Monday through Friday, with the exception of public US holidays.
Domestic orders over $100 ship for FREE. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
International orders ship via Passport and we offer Free Standard International Shipping on orders over $115. (Taxes and Duties still apply)
