Extended Fulfillment Times
As we transition to our new warehouse, fulfillment may be slightly delayed. Orders may take up to 7 business days to fully ship out. While our team is working hard to minimize disruptions, there may be a few hiccups along the way as we adapt to the new software and processes. We appreciate your patience during this time.
We are now partnered with ShipBob, not only as our fulfillment center, but also as a shipping partner for a portion of our international orders.
If you selected “Passport Standard (Duties May Apply)” as your shipping method at checkout, your order may be shipped utilizing a carrier from an extensive network provided by ShipBob. Your tracking link should include the assigned carrier information, along with estimated delivery date.
For any issues during transit, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly first for assistance.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different locations. This is due to some items being stored at different facilities during the transition. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. If there is an issue with your tracking link, please contact us ASAP with your order number.
In some cases, items from a single order may need to be returned to different addresses. If this applies to your return, our portal will prompt you to submit separate return requests. Please double-check your labels and ensure each one is attached to the correct package.
We understand this is an added step and apologize for the inconvenience—this is temporary while we complete the transition.
