RETURNS
All full-price items (excluding the items below as well as all sale items) are eligible to be returned or exchanged. For hygienic reasons earrings, underwear, socks, headwear, masks, bandanas, potted houseplants, water bottles, and hair accessories cannot be returned/exchanged. Swimwear and pet accessories will be subject to manual review within our returns portal.
All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.

SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in California, Monday through Friday, with the exception of public US holidays.
Domestic US Orders ship via DHL, GLS, UPS, Cirro, and USPS. Domestic orders over $75 ship for FREE. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
International orders ship via Passport.
